Boston's Logan Airport faces the challenge of creating an environment that not only eases this stress but also turns family travel into a positive, repeatable experience. Our goal was to build loyalty and stand out as a family-friendly airport.

1/4 of families are single-parent households and with 90% of families reporting plans to travel this year Logan has a major opportunity to target a high-volume, underserved audience. By positioning itself as the most family friendly option for solo caregivers compared to competitors, Logan can differentiate itself while increasing loyalty among millions of family travelers.

We knew it was important to target both the child and parent when crafting a solution. We thought how useful push cart are and wondered how can transform them into an interactive storytelling experience.
