We were torn on who should we focus on. The parent, or the kid? We took this into our research phase and realized a couple things. One, parents want an extra set of hands. And two, they just want their kids to have fun.
Boston Logan is well known for the business traveler however it is not known to be family friendly. After our research phase we decided to create a product tailored for both parents and kids that allows parents to join in on the fun, while feeling more supported by Logan.
