See a need, fulfill it.

That’s what Seen + Heard is all about. We live in a world facing a loneliness epidemic. Prolonged loneliness is as harmful to health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day, a frightening statistic that highlights just how much we need one another.

Over the course of a few months, my classmates and I came together with one goal: to notice what others need and to help. Each of us committed to doing one kind thing for someone else every day. From those acts of care and connection came our editorial.
